Aerial View Maps

where can I find free local aerial land photos?

I am trying to view my property, I have tried earth.google but it does not zoom in close enough to get a clear image. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

1. Try the new Yahoo! maps Beta version....you can select satellite imagery or a combination of satellite and map. My property showed up in a much higher resolution here than it did on google earth
2. Unfortunately, Google Earth has one of the most up-to-date aerial photos. The photos are taken by the USGS and they do not take high quality photos of low-populated areas. You might be able to find a website that has pictures of just your town, but not likely free.
