Amsterdam aerial photo?

If you look to the east of amsterdam central station on google maps (satellite photo) you see a area where the image is scrambled. Why is it scrambled?

1. Red light district. Naked ladies in the windows. Google doesn't want you to see it.
2. they dont have a complete map of the world. also they blank out certain "secret places" lastly the aerial views are quite old. Notice that planes at the local airport are there a long time.. also look at boats leaving a wake when entering a harbor
3. That is still a naval base, so it is a military complex dating from the times of the East Indies Company. It is small and inconsequential, but it has been used a few times for shelter when some politicians received credible death threats.So it is still off limits.
