real estate websites?

on a Y! finance page this week they advertised a new real estate website called ziffalo.com or something to that effect. it was cool. it showed satellite images of the house your interested in along with recent sells of neighbooring homes... i cant remember or find the name of this site... any help is appreciated. thanks

3. zillow is good if you want a VERY rough estimate. Most Realtors will run a comparable market analysis on your home for free. Speaking to a Realtor is much more accurate than zillow which doesn't take lots of things into consideration. zillow is good for entertainment but nothing more than that. You would still need to speak to your realtor to price it correctly. Pricing your home even 5% over market value can have huge effects and you may cut out about 80% of the market. So, be careful. Speak to a good professional Realtor. Your home is usually your largest asset. Don't rely on a website to price your home for you or even tell you how much a property you are thinking of purchasing costs. It can cost you if you don't know the more accurate value.
