Is there anyway at all to view "real-time LIVE" satellite images of like my house?
Im not talking about weather satellites. I would put corradants in (lat/lon) and see a snap shot of that place at that exact time. If I was to refresh it would update it. any programs or web sites that do this. I know it exist in the civillan world, I just cant find it. I think its an actual program. I just want to find out what its called & where to get it.

- Go to google and go to google world or whatever it's called. you can see satellite images of any place in the world. Some are more clearer than others, but if you live near a city your area should be clear enough to see. That's the closest I can think of.
- Yes there is a software very popular among civilians and guess what its free......try Google Earth software.....It will fulfill all what you asked for. ;) http://earth.google.com
- no, you can't get live images because the satalite would have to be pointing directly at your house.. there would be too many people trying to reposition the satalite at the same time.. the closest thing would be something like Google Earth..
- Google has a program called Google Earth that is free. You can look at satellite images of almost anywhere in the world. The problem is, these images are several years old. There is a version that you pay for that has up to date satellite images though. I have never used this, but i heard that it works quite exceptionally. The cost is a bit much from what i understand. Its upwards of 300 a year, but if you have to have it, it would probably be the only way to get it.
- sure i believe that we have had that capability to read a license plate # from space. I think that would even cut down on crime if satellites were on every area of the earth.
