Do the land use layers and aerial photograph layers give an accurate representation of places?

The land use and aerial photograph layers(maps) are being compared to satellite or topographic layers(maps)

  1. Accurate is a relative term. For the average Joe on the street, the answer would be yes, at the time that the photo was taken. The problem is that most photographs accessible to the public are quite outdated and the possibility of change occurring from the time taken and the time of the comparative review is quite high.
