1. Aerial photography, especially in helicopters, is tricky at best. I know because I did a career in television news and often flew. We didn't have a steady cam in those days so the vibrations of the chopper always showed up in the final product. Steady cam systems while becoming less expensive in recent years are still extremely expensive and building such a system won't be cheap. This is why smaller market stations don't use them because of the expense of the equipment but also the chopper and its pilot - you're talking really big bucks.
