Aerial View Maps

Is there an online UK map where i can click in the route of where i have been and it will total the distance?

Not like the AA as that you type in places etc, i mean like a road map where you can highlight your whole route and have the distance covered. Must be UK and cover North Tyneside. xxxxxxxxx Thankie Doodles xxxxxxxxxx

1. On Google maps you can plan a route as normal between two points and then 'drag' the route to where you want, effectively planning your own route. Is that what you mean?
