- Yes I think its called Transtar.org just google it
- No such thing. The most you could expect is weather pictures, which show whole countries. It's just way too expensive to operate a satellite. The google images are mostly from airplanes, not satellites. Even the ones from satellites (like SPOT) are almost always a few years old for any particular place. Just think about it -- if a satellite takes 1000 pictures a day, and each picture covers 10 square miles, it would take 10 years to cover the land areas of the Earth (not including Antarctica). If the pictures were 1000 pixels on a side, that would be about 1 pixel for each 16 feet. The car would be just 2 or 3 pixels; plus it is covered with white snow with snow all around. No way to tell a car from a patch of dirty snow. Now if you were asking about highway traffic cams ....
- No such thing exists, except in TV fantasies. All that is available online is services like Google Earth, which is not real time. Most of its best images are from aerial photography, not satellites, as resolution of commercial satellite images is not good enough. The street-level images are not from satellites, since there are no satellites at street level! These are made by cameras mounted on vehicles which drive around from time to time. The closest thing to real time imagery is the GEOS weather satellite images, and these are very low resolution. The whole thing is just technologically impossible.
