Where can I find maps of land plats with aerial views & addresses in Liberty county Texas ?

I want to find the addresses to properties & who owns them

2. Start with the county website, see if they have a public access GIS system. Most don't, so that means you need to call the county clerk's office and ask if they sell county plat books. If that's a no, then you have to head down there in person and pay to make copies from their books.
