Where can I find free remote sensing data for countries in Europe?

Other than the ridiculously obvious Google Earth, where can I find aerial photography, satellite data, and anything else along those lines for countries in Europe for free (or very, very cheap)? If there is anything specific to Luxembourg, that would be good, too.
