Aerial View Maps

is there a way to work out the shortest directions between multiple destinations with google maps or similar?

I am going lookin at cars and I want to make my trip as efficent as possible. I have about 8 that I am looking at all in different places in the city. Is there any program, online or downloadable, I can enter all my destinations and it can work out my most efficent way of getting to all my destinations.
