I am building a RC aircraft, and am wondering which radio frequency has the greatest range.?
I have a small gas engine, and am looking to make an RC airplane with a camera for aerial photography(preferably video also). Any advice on how to transmit the video signal back to a laptop or similar other screen? If possible, I would also like to be able to control the aircraft from a computer.

- 30-300MHz is good for line-of-sight communication. I would recommend that.
- only certain frequencies are allowed. The reference gives a list. approximate values are 27 MHz, 50.9 MHz, 72 MHz, 75 MHz
- I think you need a tiny part for audio and video wifi. You can find a tiny camera on rc hobby shop. And if you want to see your rc airplanes flying by laptop, i think you need a GPS to navigate and maybe to control your rc airplanes.
