how can u get a cheap flight on a hot air balloon?

I want to make my personal project about outdoor photography, and I think that the best way to get aerial/nature outdoor pictures is on a hot air balloon since it goes slow and not too high, how do you think I can get an inexpensive flight? If you got any tips on photography, feel free to share them cuz i might need them :) oh and it's almost winter here, so im not sure whether you can go on one when it's too cold... and if you can help me come up with a good title for this project, you get credit =)

1. Cool weather is even better for hot air balloons. The hot air trapped in the balloon rises more effectively in the cooler air so they gain better lift. For that very reason many hot air ballon flight take place in the very early morning when the air is often cooler and still.
