Aerial View Maps

Can I include an MSN Maps aerial image in my report?

I'm writing a report, which will be published, and it would be really useful if I can include an image from MSN maps. Is this allowed or does it go against copyright laws etc?

1. There may be some copyright issues about using maps being used by companies like MSN. On the other hand, one thing I noticed is that these maps are not accurate, like they are about a few months old, at least a year old. however, its a report, like you said. just make a notation where you got it, clearly stating that its not "yours" and mention your source as a reference, like an index page on a book.
