1. If you are seeking data on human movement including video of buildings, structures and traffic it may be unavailable. For security reasons, the general public is given dated images of human movement and not real-time images. Government security services possess the abiity to view real-time images that may not be shared with the public. Data on weather patterns can be obtained although, from your name I would guess that is not what you seek. The second link below may sum up your answer better..."Live, accessible satellite imagery is a pipe dream, but EarthNow is probably as close as we’ll ever get: it’s not live, but (updated; see below) it is real-time — just delayed a few hours. It’s essentially a Java applet that displays the feed from the Landsat-5 and Landsat-7 satellites as they make their passes overhead..." You can try a company called Terraserver who will provide newer images although, they are not real-time. See the links below. Hope this helps.
