where do i go to get live satellite images from space for free?

1. There is none the closes is Google Earth's several month to years old images. Satellites cost millions to billions to build and launch and require large and expensive control teams, and launching even one satellite for free is beyond even Google... No way a company can make money off of them. unless of course you just mean hourly updated weather satellites and the such. Low low resolution, fixed image for weather reading... you can get those here: http://www.ghcc.msfc.nasa.gov/GOES/

3. Weather satellites. Both geostationary (as mentioned above) and low-orbit. Addendum: there are free communications satellites in orbit, built by ham radio operators. They built the satellites themselves, then scrounged rides in to orbit. Do a search for AMSAT.
