Where can I find current aerial sattalite pictures ?

I am trying to find a lake in the woods near where I live. The lake is small so it does not show up on regular maps.

9. have u tried Google Earth? with the software you can navigate through most inhabited places around the earth, displaying aerial satellite photos in a near 3D manner. usually you can zoom in near enough to make out roof tops, streets and vehicles on the roads. the software's pretty easy to use, you just need a decent internet connection speed... after you've found your lake you can even extract the photo onto an image file on your computer. you can download the software at http://earth.google.com/ enjoy
