- A school perhaps. There is a carpark and some basketball courts as well as a 400 metre track. All of those boxes are air-conditioning vents.
- Area around Redstone Arsenal. EDIT: The giant red field is exactly that. " Since the inception of Redstone Arsenal, it has been a matter of recorded history that the name Redstone came from "the preponderance of red soil."
- Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama. This is a U.S. Gov. installation.
- Looks like McDonnell Elementary School in Huntsville, Alabama. ADDED LATER: Definitely NOT Redstone Arsenal, which is well to the southwest and much, MUCH larger than this area. And it's a big red field on Google Earth, too. Hmmm... ADDED EVEN LATER: This is driving me crazy. The school's phone number is (256) 428-7280. I'll call them tomorrow or Monday and ask them what it is.
- jgoulden has it. I did some research and lost the question. Had to do a search for it. It's McDonnell Elementary School, 4010 Binderton Pl SW, Huntsville Alabama, 35805
