Can someone please explain to me why they decided to make it go off to the side like that and why it's not straight like the other crosswalks? The roads are not curverd, it's a basic 4 way intersection. That really irritates me to the point that I want to fly to Phoneix and destroy that road. I would die if I had to walk across that slanted thing ... OH GOD it makes me cringe just thinking about it. Dude, I meant is it gay because it's not straight ... get it ... LMAO, I'm hilarious. OK. It seems like somebody has a OCD issue.... The street on the north side is narrower than the street on the south side. All crossing is done at the CORNER. That is more important than keep some people happy (over satellite picture). I'll bet there plenty like that in your town / city. You just don't know it from ground level. Good Luck (don't cringe if you had to cross one)... P.S. What have you got against GAY people - to call things you don't like GAY? Don't you ever get offended when people hint that something girly is less than something not like "don't be such a girl" or "that's a chick car" or "that's a chick flick"
how long did it take you to find this when you were scanning google maps for a slanted crosswalk?

Nothing wrong with that crosswalk, it looks off at the bottom for two reasons that I can see: 1. Roads are different widths, 3lane at top vs 4lane at bottom. 2. Crosswalk is lined up with the sidewalk, which is set back from the road a bit.
