hello ineed the current price of the conklin 1888 manuel of amillion facts and atlas maps? antique book of facts and maps of the states and world as it was in1888 example- president lincoln called all states for the number of men to be sent to seve in the civil war in 1861-1865..there is an unpublished poem by edgar allan poe as of 1888. thank you for any help.

Printing error in star maps in 20th edition Norton's Star Atlas? On the star charts in the back of the book, the green area that represents the Milky Way Galaxy hides the circular representations of the stars. The designations (Greek letters) are still visible, but the stars are missing. Are all copies of this edition defective, or just mine?
USA street directory/road maps/atlas? Hi, I'm from Australia and will be doing a road trip through California, Arizona and Nevada. In Australia we have Melways, which is a state wide street directory, showing all roads, highways etc. Am curious to know what the equivalent is in America, especially the 3 states I am visiting. what happened to the world of warcraft interctive map/ wow atlas? there used to be an interactive map on the world of warcraft website with its own sound track. with this map you could choose a zone and look at all the outposts belonging to either faction and see what was in those outposts such as inns or blacksmiths. the current maps on the WoW site right now are just not convenient for me.
What is the error between a paper map and a spherical atlas? A scale paper map can never be folded onto a same scale atlas in such a way as to leave no gaps or excess. What is the error percentage between the two, I think I read it is somewhere between 6-8% but I am not sure.

Need to buy a Street Map/Atlas 2009? Hey guys? I am delivering Pizzas to routs and streets that are not in Yahoo or google maps. Map/Atlas? I am looking for a map or an atlas that have both Europe and Asia on it. I have tried that "Google Map" thing, but when I print it I get a very, very small map and the whole thing is unlabeled, except to say "Europe" and "Asia". What is the generic name for maps which depict countries not bydimensions, but by GDP,energy use, etc? You know the kind of thing you might find in the front of some atlases where the US is made to look really tiny because, for example, it has a really low birthrate compared to other less wealthy countries. Topographical maps are maps that show the geeophysical characteristics of land (elevation above sea level, etc). The answer may be 'economic data' maps but I'm sure there's another name for them which may the name of the person who first drew them.
