Aerial View Maps

Can I include an MSN Maps aerial image in my report? I'm writing a report, which will be published, and it would be really useful if I can include an image from MSN maps. Is this allowed or does it go against copyright laws etc?

How do you locate a GPS coordinate in msn maps? google earth sucks comparedto msn but i want to put in a coordinate and be taken to a destination.

How do I get a map site (mapquest, google maps, MSN maps, etc.) to search multiple locations? Basically, I'm heading out of town this weekend, and would like to map the various Walmarts, Targets, Kmarts, Meijers, etc. near where I'll be, but so far each map site I've been to, while showing every Target in town, or every Sams Club, will not offer and option to show both. Does anyone know if this is possible? I'd love to be able to save the paper and ink if at all possible. Thanks!

Satellite pics of Yahoo, Google, MSN maps - How old are they? When did they take the satellite pictures? The image of my house does not show updated status after renovation. Also, unrecognisable car is parking on the drive way. Spooky!

Does anyone know how often the image you get on a search on www.MAPS.msn.com (MS Virtual Earth?)changes? Presumably it's satellite-controlled so details on the image e.g. cars parked on drive, etc. should change at times. It's obviously not real-time, but generally how old is the image you see when you pan into a particular address, for example? P.S.
