Aerial View Maps

Kite Aerial Photography? I am going to start a new hobby that is called kite aerial photography. You attach a camera to a kite, let it up about 30ft and take birds eye view pictures, I really want to do this but I don't have enough money to buy huge expensive kites. Does anyone have any tips on the subject itself or how to buy.
