Aerial View Maps

Do aerial maps provided by Mapquest, Yahoo and Google provide blueprints for terrorists? Just makes it too easy to plan an attack if you have a pretty detailed view of the target.

is there any CROP CIRCLES that are visible in google earth, or mapquest (aerial) or similar maps?

How Do I get corrected an inacccurate address location on mapquest and google maps & GPS devices? When you type my address into google maps or mapquest it gives the wrong location. This is namely due to the fact that the street I live on was built 5 years ago. It is an extentsion of an existing street and it shows up on the aerial photos if you change to that view. Is there anyway to contact the vendors who provide this info. to Google, MapQuest and other GPS devices. If people use what is there, they wind up on the wrong side of a busy street and it is one of those "you can't get there from here" situations, w/o doing a lot of turns. Many thanks.

What's better? MapQuest, Y! Maps, Windows Live Maps, or Google Maps? I'm the kind of person who wants to see traffic, good simple directions, I love aerial images! 3D is awesome too, easy to use, and fast. Any answers would be awesome! I just want your opinion.

Need a place where I can get high resolution aerial photographs? Want to frame a photo of 50 acres. Google earth, mapquest, yahoo maps, terraserver.com do not offer the resolution I need. Any suggestions other that hiring a local service? Is there a government in each county that keeps photos on file?

How do I measure the aerial distance between two points on a map? I work for a city department that is changing its residency requirement to a 30-mile aerial radius surrounding the police station. I need to know if my fiance's house falls within this radius. It is 34 miles by roadway, but it still might fall within the 30-mile aerial radius. Because he lives across state lines, I am having trouble finding a paper (e.g. "non-online") map that I could use a compass/protractor to measure, and all the maps I find online (i.e. Google maps, MapQuest, etc.) just give me the driving distance. It's a close call so I need to be exact. Thanks.

What website allows me to see pictures of houses anywhere in the country? I have an address that might be of a celebrity. id like to see the house on aerial view on a good website. does anybody know of any good websites besides google maps or mapquest?

I found my mother's address, and I want to know what type of home she lives in, any suggestions? I know her full address, zip, city, state, street, but I want to know if she lives in a house, trailer, apt, condo, etc. I am so curious, but she'd never tell me the truth, so I can't ask her. I went to the google maps, mapquest, yahoo maps and tried to do the aerial view, but to no avail. I checked out real estate, but since no one around her is listed, no one came up. She has 6 neighbors, numbers all different. They live on one street, but the numbers are pretty spaced. The address numbers are 905, 507, 316, 560, 703, and one number (728) is used for two people. It sounds like maybe trailers, but I'm not sure, and I'd hate to assume the wrong thing. Anyway, I'd like to visually see her neighborhood and street and surroundings, and the aerial maps don't zoom in that far. Is there anything else I can do?

What is this? Sorry, I should have said zoom as far in as you can on the map and click Aerial Images. You'll see a lake of some short with geysers or whirlpools. Right now they are turned off, but I've seen some sat photos and they were turned on. Any idea what this is?

Positioning? Hi, i'm looking for a web with some special contents. Must be a hybrid between GOOGLE MAPS, Flash Earth, MapQuest and, even, be able to show me the GPS coords of any location. I mean: i want to see Barcelona. There are at least two ways to point to Barcelona: writing the location or entering the GPS coords (web page must have these two features). Then, that page must show me the map (aerial and phisical) and the GPS coords. Do you know any ?

Primarily I fish on the pond to the south which is next to the highway. the spot I chose were between the two green areas towards the northeast end. To view the ponds scroll left.
